Julien Bocher has installed two pizza machines in Sable-sur-Sarthe (Sarthe) and Saint-Loup-du-Dorat (Mayenne). He also feeds them.
Julien Bocher has just set up the company “C’est qui le pâton” in Beaumont-Pied-de-Bœuf. It offers pizza making for pizza machines.
He buys an old creperie
In July 2022, Julien Bocher bought a restaurant in SaulgesThe Oratory’s former creperie.
After some work, this establishment initially allows him to create one laboratory. He plans to open the restaurant in the summer of 2023.
With this laboratory, Julien Bocher makes the pizzas that he delivers to distributors.
He delivers the two machines he has installed: one in Saint-Loup-du-Dorat on the main street opposite the town hall and the other in Sablé-sur-Sarthe in the Gauthier furniture car park.
Julien Bocher points out that “these pizza distributors offer customers 7 days a week. 10 types of pizza either cold or hot with 30 cm”.
The customer chooses his pizza, calls his code, a cold pizza comes out immediately and it will take about 3 minutes for a hot pizza. It will take between €8 and €12 to get a pizza.
