“Mama Pizza and Pasta” opened this spring in Guéret. The restaurant has become a must for lovers of traditional Italian pizzas and pastas. Homemade, with the help of local and Italian producers.
On the menu: pistacchio pizza

The ingredients in the recipe:
- 1 pizza dough
- 100 g of burrata
- 100 g crushed pistachios
- 1 fillet pistachio pesto
- 1 handful of mozzarella
- 1 pinch of oregano

Roll out the dough with a mixture of flour and semolina.

Place pieces of mozzarella on the pizza. Bake at 350 degrees for a minute and a half.
