Le Ti’Nomade and its traveling pizzas

Next Monday, the Varennes will be the first to taste Sandra Cussonneau and Thibaut Robin’s pizzas.

They oscillate between excitement and anxiety. Next Monday Sandra Cussonneau and Thibaut Robin start a new adventure. Animator for children in Bouzillé and former pastry chef Val d’Evre to Ancenisthe traveling couple, who have lived in New Zealand and New Caledonia in particular, will scour the two banks of the Loire to offer take-out pizzas.

“After my layoff due to covid, I wanted to do something that suited me, explains Thibaut, 33 years old. Since I love working with the dough and we love pizzas, we thought why not! With Sandra, children’s animator at Bouzilé, who will join him in the evening to serve customers, they will offer about ten pizzas with local flavors, between €10 and €13. The vegetables come from Puiset-Doré, the cheese from Saint-Sauveur-de-Landemont, the meat “is in progress” and the beer is brewed in Riaillé.

Cooked in a real wood-burning oven “that can go up to 450 degrees,” Ti’Nomade pizzas are, it seems, crispy and soft. To check it, the trailer glowing like embers will park from 18:00 to 21:00 on Mondays in La Varenne (near the church), Tuesdays in Anetz (Ancre car park), Wednesdays and Thursdays in Ancenis (Atelier 66 and Chop & Co) and Fridays in Saint-Sauveur -de-Landemont ( next to the town hall).

Practical: orders from Monday to Friday from 15.00 on 07 87 79 48 56.
