Recipe Linguine with lemon (pasta al limone)


  • 400 g linguine
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 60 g of butter
  • 80 g parmesan
  • fresh basil
  • salt pepper



Cook the linguine in plenty of salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package.


Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the juice. Book separately.


Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat, then add the lemon juice and mix well.


Add half the lemon zest, salt and pepper and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.


Add the al dente linguine and one or two spoonfuls of cooking water. Raise the heat slightly and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Continue stirring until the consistency of the sauce is as desired.
