Netflix launches its Apple Fitness today (in France and in VF)!

As expected for a few days, Netflix is getting into sports coaching with a brand new program called Nike Training Club.

Move on Netflix!

Starting today, Netflix intends to make its subscribers sweat by airing the shows Nike Training Club, which offers many training sessions and advice. She therefore uses the small gap between Christmas and New Year to launch her offer – which would be included in the subscription.

We will note some quite varied programs in terms of intensity, around five disciplines – including Yoga, Fitness or HIT – with exercises for beginners or advanced. It should be noted that these are the sessions that the American produces on the base of his own coaching application. Taught by a dozen Nike-certified trainers, the first five programs include 46 courses (a total of 30 hours) before ending in 2023 to offer a catalog of 90 courses.

A rollout also in France and French version!

Good news for those who were put off by Apple Fitness VO! Actually, the courses are given in VF (good dubbing is formidable…) but also in English, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, German, Korean, Japanese and Turkish! Currently, many users in France criticize lack of VF for training on Apple Fitness+.

Anyway, it’s also a way to encourage users to subscribe or not to leave. We will also notice a change in strategy with the arrival of Netflix in the sports segment at home, after trying video games (with less success).
