To honor the memory of John Boilereau, tragically passed away during the summer of 2019, Thursday’s quinté, at Vincennes, will pit sixteen 5-year-old trotters and over against each other. Our choice fell on “visitors” and in particular Transalpin ZACCARIA BAR (photo).
4 ZACCARIA BAR : Son of Ready cash, this Italian trotter can boast of having won in Italy, twelve times, in Sweden, three times, in Holland, recently at Wolvega but also at Vincennes, on May 7, also on the proposed route. He also has a time of 1’10”5 on this course. Our favourite.
13 MARCELLO WIBB : His last two public outings resulted in as many 3rds, at Vincennes, including the one won at the track of interest on November 7th. It also has two wins and three places in six straight races. Despite his second row number, he deserves credit.
10 BARBRO KRONOS : This Scandinavian mare has already rubbed shoulders with the best from her promotion, in Sweden. In addition, it is confirmed on speed tracks and with this starting condition. For her debut in France, she would not be surprised if she made her mark from the start.
16 HELIADE DU GOUTIER : She posted nineteen podiums in thirty-four public performances, including four achieved in Grs.II. Most recently 2nd in the Prix de Chenonceaux (Gr.III), over longer distances, she has a good theoretical chance here. The problem: His number in the second line and outside behind the car.
6 COPIES : He is still nimble as a 10-year-old. See his victory in the Grand Prix du Centre-Est (Gr.III) at the end of October in Saint-Galmier and his recent fourth place in the Prix du Languedoc (Gr.III). In addition, he has a time of 1’10”4 on this track. Be the best in the pack. We keep.
7 FLORIDA SPORTS : Admittedly, the last five successes on his list were achieved under saddle. However, she also has six successes on the trot, including the one achieved in the Prix Jean le Gonidec (Gr.II), at the age of 5. Effective on speed plots, it cannot be underestimated.
2 JIEL ELITE : Although it hasn’t crossed the finish line in the lead since March, it has gained a lot of places this year. It also shows nine finishes in the top five in 20 straight races. Well placed behind the screens of the autostart, it can confuse the issue.
5 OAK FRIC : To find traces of his last podium, you have to go back to September 2021. However, he will be unshoeed here unlike his last two tracks with “road” recovery and was ranked 5th in a similar event in February on this route. Mistrust prevails.

This Thursday’s Quinté+ pays tribute to the memory of Jean Boillereau. 16 trotters aged 5 to 10 inclusive who have won at least €160,000 but not €550,000 will compete over the 2,100m distance. Our favorite will be Zaccaria Bar (4), trained by Alessandro Gocciadoro, who has just distinguished himself at group level, in the Netherlands, in the Prix des Géants. The winner of the Quinté+ in the spring on the Parisian slag, this son of Ready Cash had then confirmed several times in Sweden, where he notably won over the 1,640 meters in Bollnäs in July against confirmed elements. Matthieu Arivard’s speedway partner is capable of winning this event. The opposition will be led by Marcello Wibb (13), third in the Prix d’Arcachon (contested on the track that interests us) in early November. Also effective during the day, he is able to climb the podium, like Copsi (6)winner of the Grand Prix du Centre-Est in October and fourth, most recently of the Prix du Languedoc (Gr. III). Jiel Elite (2)third on this course last April, Florida Sports (7)which originates from category and Oak money (5)unshod four feet, should not be forgotten at election time. Equinox (11) and Eddy du Vivier (12) will be able to place themselves in case of failure of one of the favorites.
