Recipe: Easy pizza – Tunisia


  • 150 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 packet of baker’s yeast
  • 1 plain yogurt


  1. In a container, add the flour + salt + yeast.
  2. Add plain yogurt.
  3. Work the dough well.
  4. Let rest for 20 min.
  5. Flatten the dough well (you can shape mini pizzas)
  6. Place on the heated pan and pierce the dough with a fork.
  7. Flip the dough as soon as it browns.
  8. The pizza is ready.
  9. Garnish the pizza with the tomato sauce/mozzarella cheese/sliced ​​peppers/olives/basil leaves.
