Ingredients:
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 packet of baker’s yeast
- 1 plain yogurt
Preparation:
- In a container, add the flour + salt + yeast.
- Add plain yogurt.
- Work the dough well.
- Let rest for 20 min.
- Flatten the dough well (you can shape mini pizzas)
- Place on the heated pan and pierce the dough with a fork.
- Flip the dough as soon as it browns.
- The pizza is ready.
- Garnish the pizza with the tomato sauce/mozzarella cheese/sliced peppers/olives/basil leaves.
