Opened on May 25, the restaurant dedicated to pasta au gratin and chops, Dolce Pasta, rue du Lycée in Saint-Omer, just opposite the Jesuit chapel, has already closed. The establishment, which a few years ago housed a shisha bar, did not reopen after the summer closure in August.
The couple at the head of the restaurant, Abdoul-Kadri Cissé and his partner, Cidjy Robert, will therefore have thrown in the towel after only two months of operation. The concept has obviously not found its audience. However, the restaurant offered homemade cuisine and even home delivery. It was also possible to order takeaway meals.
The couple, who had done a major job restoring the premises, are looking for buyers.
