You will definitely adopt this recipe for one pot pasta in the oven.

Baked pasta?

Social networks are never short of tips to make our lives easier. Like the day TikTok taught us how to be successful with eyeliner or contouring. This time it’s on Instagram, it’s happening. Influencer julia66, of the blog My Desires and Me, recently shared her recipe for pasta gratin in tomato sauce, which is as easy as it is mouth-watering. Its special feature: no need to pre-cook the pasta, all the ingredients are cooked at the same time, in the dish, before being put in the oven. There is also no need to monitor, use many dishes or spend too much time in the kitchen. All cooked carefully in the oven while you give yourself time to attend to other occupations. Like a lasagna dish, but with less preparation. Not to mention that it can be turned down endlessly with chicken, salmon, seasonal vegetables… The important thing is that there is enough liquid for the pasta to cook.
Also, this trick is reminiscent of another technique that has gone viral: one pot pasta. Remember that this was a method of preparing pasta that consisted of boiling all the ingredients together in a pot, with stock or sauce. Childishly simple, the recipe created a buzz in 2015.
